Sources familiar with the affairs of the jihadi organizations in Syria announced that the security forces of the Headquarters for the Liberation of Al-Sham shot a woman residing in one of the camps of the city of Atma near the Deir Ballut crossing on the Syrian-Turkish border, under the pretext of smuggling a quantity of diesel fuel for heating into the camps.
According to the sources, the woman, the breadwinner of 4 orphans, was transferred to a hospital in Idlib city and is in a state of clinical death.
The incident sparked outrage in the north SyriaMany supporters and opponents of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham criticized it.
Muzmir al-Sham, an opponent of HTS, said that the incident of women’s liquidation reveals the contradictions of “Tahrir al-Sham”, which did not fire a single shot at the American forces that landed inside Atma to assassinate the leader of ISIS, while shooting a woman smuggling a small amount of diesel to support her orphaned children.
Abu Mahmoud al-Falistani, a jihadi ideologue affiliated with Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham, repudiated the incident of the woman’s assassination, considering that it was an unsolvable bloodshed.
