The Yemeni army announced the arrival of military reinforcements to its forces in the battles against the terrorist Houthi militia in Hajjah Governorate, northwest of Yemen.

The commander of the “First Brigade, Special Forces”, affiliated with the Fifth Military District in the National Army in the Haradh axis, Brigadier General Hussein Al-Daba’i, said, “We have reinforcements from all brigades from the Al-Orouba and Al-Asafah brigades from the Al-Malahiz axis. They are now heading beyond Al-Muhssam and to Mastaba and all the districts of Hajjah Governorate, and all the theater of operations of the Fifth Military Region.”

He added, “We are in al-Muhssam camp and the battles are advanced, and the Houthi militias always lie and deceive people, that they have regained the places liberated by the national army, and this is not true; the camp is still in the grip of the members of the fifth region.”

Brigadier General Al-Daba’i called on the tribes not to “send their sons to losing battles,” as he put it, adding: “The Houthi militia is a coup gang and no one can accept it, neither the international community nor the local one,” as he put it.

The military reinforcements arriving in the Haradh district, northwest of Hajjah, come after the Yemeni army managed, last Saturday, to advance into the eastern, southern and western neighborhoods of the city of Haradh, following an attack by its forces from three axes with air cover from the Arab coalition that included Houthi militia terrorist.
