João Paulo Sousa presents a book that promotes mental health: “I’m going to present it in schools across the country”

In addition to being a presenter, João Paulo Sousa has now received the stamp of a writer with the presentation of his first book: “This is psychological”. The work deals with mental health and includes tools for reflection and self-knowledge.

“The sooner we start thinking about it [saúde mental]the more effect this can have in the long run“, explained the presenter.
