Taliban: Washington seized $7 billion for Afghanistan as “degeneration”

Taliban spokesman Muhammad Naeem wrote on Twitter, “The theft and confiscation of the money of the Afghan people by the United States constitute the lowest level of human and moral decadence for a country and a nation.”
