Sadio Mane, the star of Senegal and Liverpool, revealed the conversation he had with his Reds colleague, Mohamed Salah, the star of the Egyptian team, after the end of the match that ended with the Teranga Lions winning over the Pharaohs on penalties.

Mane expressed his happiness at achieving the title, noting that it was difficult, but because the Senegalese players believed in themselves and achieved what they wanted, thanking God and the Senegalese public for winning the first title in their history.
Mane added, in statements to “BN Sport” channel: “I told him that I share all the respect with you, and you will always remain a great player, and you have many challenges that you will face in the next African Cup of Nations.”
Yesterday, the Pharaohs lost their counterpart Senegal on penalties, 2-4, after the end of the original and extra time, with a 0-0 draw between the two teams, in the final of the 33rd edition of the African Nations Cup, which was held in Cameroon.
