- First, the total number of domestic and non-domestic workers for the employer must not exceed 100 workers.
- The worker must not be registered as deceased or absent from work or outside the Kingdom during that period.
- The worker’s record should be free of traffic violations in the Kingdom.
- The validity of the worker’s passport must be 60 days or more.
In the event that the aforementioned conditions are met, the employer can issue a final exit visa for domestic workers, by entering the Saudi Absher platform and following all the steps during the trial period announced by the Saudi passports.
